2023 Oktoberfest Rules

-Your ticket is valid for all venues: The Front Street Park Beer Garden and the Festhalle Beer Garden and Kinderplatz. Reentry is not guaranteed if venue is at capacity.

-The Front Street Park Beer Garden is 21+ only.

-The Festhalle Beer Garden and Kinderplatz is all ages until 9pm. No minors allowed after 9pm.

-No new admission past 10pm.

-Kids 12 and under receive free admission to the Festhalle Beer Garden and Kinderplatz with a paid adult admission.

-If you appear intoxicated, you will not be served. Please enjoy responsibly.

-No weapons of any kind allowed, including small pocket "pen" knives. They will be confiscated at the gate. Please secure in your vehicle or leave in your hotel room.

-Bags will be checked by security at the gate. No outside food or beverages allowed.

-No pets are allowed except for ADA service dogs.

-No smoking in the Front Street Park Beer Garden. Outside smoking permitted at the Festhalle Beer Garden in designated spaces.

-No vaping of any kind allowed.

-No marijuana of any kind allowed.

-Beer: Locally collaborated festival beer, local craft beer, and imported German beer. Wine also available.

-Food: Brats, Leberkässa, pretzels, donuts, Pepsi products, root beer and ice cream.

-Entertainment: International, national, and locally acclaimed bands, 62-foot Ferris Wheel, Games, Contests, Souvenirs, and More.

-Online ticket sales end 1 day before event. Any unsold tickets will be available at the gate on a first come, first served basis.
