A traditional dark lager inspired by the oldest still operating brewpubs in the world. Full bodied and smooth, with notes of rich chocolate and light roast, and a clean finish. This low-gravity beer has lots of character, and is an easy drinker for the dark and rainy days.

About Twin Sisters Brewing Company
As most great things do, we started with the beer.
The original concept behind Twin Sisters Brewing was a taproom with food trucks, where craft brews would be the focal point of the experience. But, with more than thirty years of experience building beautiful venues for others through their first business, CDI Custom Design Inc., our founders Terri and Loren quickly realized that what they really wanted to create was something much more special.
The result was a restaurant and brewery with a space for everyone. A taproom for ages 21+ with small tables and plush leather chairs and that micro-brewery feel, where there’s a quieter atmosphere for beer tastings and conversations. A spacious restaurant with large tables and stunning metal- and wood-working décor from CDI, where you can have a delicious meal with your family or enjoy craft cocktails and snacks at the bar. And a beautiful, dog-friendly, open-air beer garden where you can drink cold beers around a picnic table on warm summer evenings while the kids (or adults) play games on the lawn.
We have an incredibly unique space that is carried by our award-winning brewers and our talented culinary and bar team. From the Strawberry Zwickelbier, to the Bellingham Green IPA, to the Holdfast Porter— our brewers are constantly creating distinctive and delicious beers for everyone’s tastes. In addition to a wide variety of craft beers on tap, Twin Sisters also offers a full bar and a quirky list of house cocktails. And when it comes to food our kitchen offers up a menu with dishes ranging from Parmesan Truffle Fries, to Vegan Mac’n’Cheeze, to a classic Pub Burger.
We opened in August of 2018, and have enjoyed every minute of serving our community since. 2020 has been a challenging year so far, but the continued support of our Bellingham family has kept our amazing team working hard and going strong to continue doing what we’ve always set out to do— provide a drink, a meal, and a space for everyone.
