We took our base recipe for Bodhizafa IPA and added an additional 1,750 lbs of fresh Citra® hops from Loftus Ranches to give this beer an extra fresh citrus kick that can only come from almost 30 lbs per barrel of fresh hop goodness.

Between the time they brewed test batches of pale ales and purchased a 15 barrel system from a defunct brewery in North Carolina in 2002, to now when they support 60 employees and are the largest independent brewery in Washington State, a lot has happened.
