We're bottling it tomorrow. Stats are 15 Plato Original Gravity. 6.7% ABV. IBUs around 70. Color wise it's on the orange end of the IPA spectrum thanks to a shot of dark crystal malt- which also helped create a nice malt backbone for this hoppy beer. We kind of went back to our roots on this one and used hefty doses of Cascade and Centennial hops. The beer was also dry hopped with Centennials for an extra aroma kick. Bottles are going to our distributors so they will be available throughout Oregon and Western Washington. That's right- we will be selling beer in Seattle starting next month. Yeah! Also, you can buy bottles at our locations.
