Hood River, OR – It never seems to end for the folks at Hood River’s Full Sail Brewing, the awards that is. Recent update from the brewery is that they are the recipient of another award in the Premium Lager category.

Winner of the Best Premium Lager isn’t anything new to this brewery ever since this beer was introduced. Besides Session and the Premium Lager category there was some 500 entries from 27 countries, competing as well..

However, it wasn’t until last Wednesday (7/28) that the names were read. Here is what Full Sail had to say regarding this award.

Session Premium Lager from Full Sail Brewing Company was named "America's Best Premium Lager" at the 2010 World Beer Awards. Following four rounds of judging, the winners were chosen by the international, highly respected judging panel. Judges blind-tasted beers from over five hundred entries in twenty-seven countries and the top winners were announced Wednesday, July 28th, at the World Beer Awards ceremony at The Hurlingham Club is in south west London.
