Thurs, April 28, 6-10pm: In the United States alone, someone is infected with HIV every nine and a half minutes. On Thurs, April 28, Saraveza will donate a generous percentage of revenue from our dinner hours to Portland’s HIV Day Center, OHSU Partnership Project and the Dining Out For Life fundraiser.
In addition, Firestone Walker and Nectar Ales have generously donated kegs for the evening. Saraveza will open it’s back room to pour these beers during a 5-10pm happy hour. 100% of FSW and Nectar sale proceeds will go back to the fundraiser.

C-Dog Double India Pale Ale Release at Lompoc’s Sidebar

… the highly anticipated release party for C-Dog Double IPA at Sidebar. A collaborative beer brewed with the Lucky Lab back in March, C-Dog was the final beer to ever be brewed on the Lucky Lab Brewhouse that we've been using for the past six years.
Coined a "Lucky Lompodor Production," C-Dog is a 50/50 blend of C-son's Greetings and Superdog. Both beers were brewed into one fermenter, with nine types of hops added in the kettle (the seven Cs, Fuggles & Amarillos). The entire fermenter was then dry-hopped with another eight types of hops for a ridiculous total of 32 lbs of hops in a 10 bbl batch. The malt profile includes flaked barley, Crystal 75 and Munich. The final ABV is 7.4%.
C-Dog will be available in bottles and on draft at both Lompoc and Lucky Lab for a limited time.

Over seven years have come and gone since the first beer flowed from the taps of Central City Brewing. Since then we’ve gone on to see much success, including winning Brewery of the Year at the 2010 Canadian Brewing Awards. Even before the awards and accolades many of you have supported us, treating Central City Brewing as your second home. In order to celebrate, we’re putting on our 7thAnniversary Dinner featuring special creations from our very own Brewmaster Gary Lohin and Chef Carl Sawatsky. This year we will be serving:

Pre Dessert is Pistachio and Beer Bacon Brittle with a mini Stout Float. Dessert is opera cake; coffee soaked almond sponge cake with layers of Coffee Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache.
Each course will be served with a 5oz taster glass of one of our award winning Red Racer beers.
*Please note, this is a communal seating dinner. If you have a specific group you wish to sit with, you must call ahead and let us know the size of the group as well as what name to hold the table under.
