In case you’ve not heard, Redmond’s Black Raven Brewing Company has released this year’s Possum Claw. One of their first beers ever made, Possum Claws is a brown porter that is then aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels for several months before being pecans are added. Oh and in a fun twist, the pecans are from the owner’s home state of Mississippi.

Look for bottles and draft while supplies last at the breweries taproom.
