A seasoned veteran in The Rose City, Laurelwood Brewing Company has held a strong reputation for being a proving ground for some of Oregon’s more interesting brewers. All the while, the brewery has remained humble in their roots by producing beers like the always reliable Workhorse India Pale Ale or Free Range Red. Made with Great Western 2-Row, Great Western White Flaked Wheat, Flake White Wheat, Flaked Barley, and Flaked Oats; Kids These Daze gets its color and ‘haziness’ from all that malt. When combined with Amarillo, Galaxy, Eukonot, Citra, Topaz, Idaho 7, and Mosaic hops; you begin to get a greater understanding why this beer is only available on draft.

About Laurelwood Brewing Company

Laurelwood Brewery and Public House was opened in 2001 in Portland by Mike De Kalb and his wife Cathy Woo-De Kalb. The two opened the establishment hoping to create an environment that made you feel like you were at a party at their house. The brewery and public house quickly became a family friendly neighborhood spot for great food and even better beer. To put it simply, it became and continues to be “A Place Where Friends and Families Meet.”

As of 2017, Laurelwood now has two pub locations on NE Sandy Blvd and SE Milwaukie Blvd and two locations inside of the Portland International Airport. The NE Sandy location is home to our 15 barrel brewing system where Eric Ebel our Brewmaster, and his team brew the creative beers that the public loves.
