Lucky Envelope Mr. Koji: Koji Sour with Guava and Soursop
We partnered with our friend and (unfortunately) new free-agent Leslie Shore to brew a fruited Florida-weisse X koji beer. This joint venture combines Leslie’s Florida brewing roots with citrusy and floral koji rice Barry fell in love with during his exploration of sake while in Kobe, Japan. The result is a refreshing, effervescent, sour beer with guava, soursop, and white koji added to a traditional berlinerweisse base of pilsner and wheat malt. Available on draft and in cans.
