We’re celebrating our 9th birthday with this hop-filled West Coast IPA! We started with a blend of Pilsner and 2-row malts, a Citra-Strata cool pool and loaded up with four pounds per barrel of dry-hopped Citra, Strata, Mosaic, and Chinook.
