A few weeks ago we shared the good news that our former Executive Chef, Ken Buckley, has returned to Airways as our new Retail Operations Manager. If you didn't know, he's also a very talented home brewer with quite a few awards to his name. 

So, we brought him over to the brewery for a day and borrowed his Scottish Ale recipe. It's on tap now at the Tap Room, and making it’s way to the Bistro later this week. This deep copper beer tastes as rich as it looks with full bodied malty flavors and aromas. It's the perfect beer for warming up with friends during this blustery fall weather.
