We got together at the Belmont Fermentorium with the homies at Gigantic Brewing to whip up this cold IPA (fermented with Kolsch yeast and dry-hopped at fermentation temperature). We used some extremely bomb Mecca Grade Estate malt and a king’s ransom of Mosaic, Ekuanot, Denali, Crystal, and El Dorado hops, yielding a hazy juice-bomb of the highest caliber. Taste the teamwork.
