REST: Real Escape from the Sex Trade is an independent 501c3, Washington State Charitable Nonprofit Organization. REST was founded in November 2009 by a small team of women with experience dealing with troubled youth and sexual abuse issues, and other members of the team with backgrounds in wraparound services and case management to develop relationships with people being commercially sexually exploited (trafficked), or otherwise engaged in the sex trade or are at risk to enter. Our goal was to help them find a path to freedom. REST initiated services with three direct outreach teams: Street Outreach, Strip Club Outreach and Bikini Barista Stand (bikini barista stands are coffee stands that employ girls to wear lingerie or less) Outreach.
Saturday, December 9th, from 6 pm to 9 pm, you are cordially invited to dine with Maritime Pacific Brewing and Soulever Chocolates, to support REST. Featuring a beautifully-composed food, chocolate, and drink pairing, the event will be an opportunity to not only relax during the holidays but also support a worthwhile charity.
From each $48 ticket, $5 goes towards REST, while Maritime Pacific's Jolly Roger Taproom will donate $1 from each pint sold at the event, assuming you can't attend the dinner.

The dinner will take place at Maritime’s Jolly Roger Taproom, 1111 NW Ballard Way, Seattle, WA, starting with a special chocolate amuse bouche, followed by four courses of an amazing Chocolate-Infused dinner, each course paired with an equally special Jolly Roger beer.
Each course will be prepared by Maritime’s Chef Aaron Hinchy and Chocolatier Aimee Morrow of Soulever Chocolates.
Reservation Information:
Dinners are individually prepared so Reservations are recommended. Parties of 2 or more can make a reservation from 6-9 pm on the ½ hour. We will require your name, phone number and the number in your party along with the time you wish to be seated. We will only hold a seating for 10 minutes and will do our best to accommodate you when you arrive. We do encourage couples to be prepared to share their table with another couple. That way you might even meet some new friends. After all, it’s for a great cause and a fun event.
Price includes all courses and 5 each 8 ounce Special Jolly Roger Christmas Ales but does not include Tax or Gratuity.
