Stoup Brewing opens their newest location, in the old Optimism Brewing, on August 23rd.

Seattle, WA - In less than a week, Optimism Brewing's former location will soon be home to Stoup Brewing.
With plans to re-open on August 23rd, Stoup Brewing Company has responded to inquiries associated with their opening plans.
“I am excited to let you know we are able to meet our goal and open this month. Optimism Brewing's last day open will be this Saturday 8/19. Doors will be closing Sunday, Monday & Tuesday while we, as we like to say, "STOUPify" the space.”
Stoup's new location will look like their other locations with oranges, blacks, and whites.
But the (soon to be) newest location for Stoup isn't abandoning the uniqueness of the space. In fact, Stoup has confirmed they will keep the long-standing tradition of hosting food trucks. And, of course, they are keeping as many staff members as possible who worked at Optimism. Sharing their thoughts, Lara Zahaba, co-owner of Stoup, confirmed this much by stating.
"We are proud to also note that Optimism’s taproom crew is moving forward with us so familiar faces will be pouring our pints."
All that you need to know is, Optimism's last day is Saturday the 19th of August. And Stoup's newest location, opens on August 23rd at 3pm.

Stoup Brewing's newest location will be located at 1158 Broadway in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. They will be open Monday thru Thursday from noon to 11 pm, Friday & Saturday noon to midnight, and Sunday from noon to 9 pm.
