Wildeye Old Fashioned Ale

Adopting a rarely used brewing method called a parti-gyle, we turned one mash into two different beers. The first beer is higher ABV and is our take on an Old Fashioned. We made an Old Ale, then added oak soaked in bourbon, orange peels, and a dash of bitters.
Release Date: Early November
Ingredients: Brewed with crystal clear North Shore water, malted barley, yeast, hops, bourbon, orange peels and bitters.
