Fields of Green: Crosby Comet

Fields of Green is an evolutionary series of IPAs from Fort George. Each batch is a unique experience. For fresh hop season, we've teamed up with Crosby Farms to brew this single-hopped variation. Fort George is sending a refrigerated truck to the Willamette Valley to pick up over a ton of fresh Comet hops this year. They are quickly brought back to Astoria, where we brew around the clock until every ounce of fresh lupulin magic has been extracted. Look for this single-hopped, fresh-hopped Fields of Green: Crosby Comet around the Pacific Northwest (in 16oz cans & on tap) by early October.
