Victor, ID - With Friday just around the corner we thought we would remind those of you who around the area, that Grand Teton is releasing a new beer. This time around, the brewery is jumping on the Black India Pale Ale (or India Black Ale / Cascadian Dark) trend with the release of Trout Hop.
Black India Pales and the like are slowly rising to recognition with breweries like Laughing Dog, Deschutes, Hopworks, and even Big Time leading the charge. With a focus on color and changing of perceptions, Hop Trout Black India Pale Ales (or more than likely India Black Ale) will make you take a second look at what you just tasted.
This Black IPA is perfect for an autumn afternoon. Spicy and bold with notes of fresh pine needles and spruce tips, this ale has a deep rich color and roasted finish with a a zesty aroma and intense bitterness.
Meet label artist Abby Paffrath! She will be in attendance to sign bottles bearing her artwork, "Cutthroat Country".
