Beer Tasting: (WA) 21st Amendment Brewery at Full Throttle Bottles 2/16
Seattle, WA – Head over to Georgetown this Wednesday (2/16) as Erika and company host the brewery from San Francisco.
- Brew Free or Die IPA: This beer is brewed with some serious west coast attitude. This aromatic golden IPA starts with a sucker punch of six different hops to the nose, quickly balanced by a solid malt backbone. It's no wonder this is their top selling beer at the pub, as it starts big and finishes clean leaving you wanting more.
- Bitter American: An extra pale ale, this session beer packs a lot of hop and malt flavor into a refreshingly low alcohol brew, making it the perfect brew to have on hand when you have a little history to make. This late winter seasonal is available through March, so get 'em while the gettin's good!
- Fireside Chat: Fireside Chat is a unique version of the traditional seasonal brew. A rich, dark, English-style ale infused with a subtle blend of hand-selected spices, this classic Strong Ale is deliciously warming and cozy - perfect for the last remaining days of our Northwest winter.
- Back in Black: An aggressively American twist on the British style IPA, recast in bold, brave, defiant black. Brewed like an American IPA but with the addition of rich, dark malts, this Black IPA has all the flavor and hop character you expect with a smooth, mellow finish.

The passage of Prohibition wiped out this great culture. After thirteen years without beer, the states ratified the 21st Amendment, ending Prohibition in America.
