The Pacific Northwest Brew Cup is a beer and music festival on Astoria's Columbia River Waterfront, September 26th through the 28th. Located on the beautiful Columbia River, the Brew Cup is 3 days of music and Northwest craft beer, celebrating the greatness of Astoria, Oregon. A sampling of craft beer from all over the Northwest is accompanied by a music lineup of over 16 Northwest bands, as eclectic and diverse as the beer. From the electronic sounds of Kaylee Rob (Kevin Robinson, Viva Voce, Blue Giant), and the Murder Ballad's of Albatross (Ryan Sollee, Builders & the Butchers), to the hard rock of Tango Alpha Tango and the friendly folk of Michael Hurley (as a trio!), there is something for everyone and everyone for something.
With over 46 craft beers, food vendors, and music, the PNW Brew Cup is the perfect way to close out an Indian Summer in the coolest town on the coast. More information about the festival, including: music, beer, and lodging can be found at pacificnorthwestbrewcup.com.
Named “Best Beer Festival” by John Foyston of The Oregonian, January 2010, the Pacific Northwest Brew Cup continues to get better and better. Now serving as the chief fundraiser for the non-profit, Astoria Downtown Historic District Assoc., the PNW Brew Cup is all about improving Astoria so that we can continue to bring great beer, music, and general good times to Astoria, OR.
