Brewery Release: WA: Coming Soon ... Top Rung Idaho 7 Pale Ale
On May 14th we will release our Idaho 7 Pale Ale. This is the next pale in our Pale Ale Series. In each Pale release we highlight and celebrate a different hop. Idaho 7® was an experimental hop grown in southwestern Idaho by Jackson Hop Farm, and now it is new to the hop scene. This new hop has wonderful tropical-fruit characteristics, with aromas of ripe papaya and marmalade. There are also notes of orange and apricot.
Top Rung Brewing is a 10 barrel production brewery with tasting room at the brewery. Top Rung Brewing is a destination for craft beer drinkers to enjoy their beverage and view a production brewery facility. Our tasting room is family friendly and while we will only offer snacks, we partner with local food vendors and food trucks as well as allow patrons to bring in their own food of their choice or have it delivered.
