We loaded it up with brewer-selected Citra from Leo Gasseling & Sons Farm in Yakima, WA and topped it off with Citra Incognito, Mosaic, and Cashmere hops. The combination presents tons of orange character, from zest to pit to pulp, plus hints of peach and mango. Available on draft and in cans.

We’re celebrating our 9th birthday with this hop-filled West Coast IPA! We started with a blend of Pilsner and 2-row malts, a Citra-Strata cool pool and loaded up with four pounds per barrel of dry-hopped Citra, Strata, Mosaic, and Chinook. The combination spins notes of sweet mangosteen, pineapple, cara cara orange peel, and sweet pine needles. Available on draft and in cans.
