Pours a luminescent mandarin with a merengue foam. Huge tropical aromas leap from the glass. Papaya, key lime, peach, and cantaloupe lead to flavors of citrus compote, nectarine and lychee before a long and lingering sweet grapefruit finish.

Hazy IPA featuring a boat load of Strata & Sabro hops on a generous, pillowy body. Combining our mutual love for The Boss & for live music, this beer's name is a nod to the Bruce Springsteen song of the same name. Our mission is to help the struggling independent music venues of WA state, devastated like so many industries by the pandemic. We need the arts and music more than ever. We will see them resurrected. As the song says, "no retreat baby, no surrender."

Hazy IPA with flaked oats and flaked rye. Idaho 7 and Sorachi Ace hops lend notes of tropical fruit, satsuma oranges, woody notes of cedar and an herbal-dill earthiness.

By blending Belgian yeast and science, we’ve managed to combine the best Belgian IPA you’ve ever had with the greatest NEIPA ever. We added an enzyme that causes hop biotransformation so that you can now have the ester and phenol complexity of a beer fermented with Belgian yeast together with the juiciness that can only be achieved through the enzymatic cleaving of aroma compounds.Now you can gaze sadly into your glass and reflect that yes, it truly does not get better than this, the Best of All Possible Worlds.

… a 6.5% ABV NEIPA featuring Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo hops, this beer displays tropical aromas of papaya and guava. Flaked oats, and wheat make for a pillowy smooth body loaded with juicy notes of guava and some cannabis-like dankness. Semi sweet cereal grain enters mid palate with a hint of vanilla. Resin and pine help to dry out the bitter-sweet finish.
