Big white rocky foam on top of a hazy gold body. Fresh tropical aromas of guava. Resigny kumquat fills the mouth with touches of earthiness. This rustic beer finishes spritzy and thirst quenching.

A hoppy saison brewed in collaboration with our friends at Seattle Beer School, Full Throttle Bottles, and Bottleworks.

Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Ekuanot, Perle

Malt: Pilsner, Unmalted Wheat, Vienna, Rye

A Not Collab with our friends at Wood Boss Brewing out of Denver, CO. We brewed this saison without them, but we talked to them about it.
