Elliott Bay Southern Hemisphere

This is a modern twist on a German classic.   Ours was brewed with %100 Motueka, a new Zealand hybrid with Saaz parentage.  And of course you can’t show off hops without dry-hopping!(don’t tell the Germans)

• Malt: Organic Pilsner, Organic carapils, Organic Munich
• Hops: Motueka
• ABV: 5.5%
• IBU: 20
