Modern Times The Fruitening: Part 2

Part Two of our collaborative effort with Mike Tonsmeire began with the same glorious barrel-aged blend used in Part One, but this time it received a heavy-handed dosing of plums, boysenberries, and blueberries. In case you didn’t feel like this immense amount of fruit was enough, we ended up blending in a bit of the Zinfandel and blackcurrant version as well, yielding stunning layers of jammy complexity. All together, it's around 3/4 lb. of fruit PER PINT. If that sounds like a lot, it's because it totally is.
