Wayfinder Ancient Brewing Tactics

Brewed as a collaboration with the grindcore legends @trappist_la to release with their upcoming album by the same name, this steinbier, or stonebeer, is made by heating rocks over open flame until it reaches extreme temperatures and dropping it into the boiling wort. The wort is then flash-boiled and slightly caramelized from the process.

Tasting Notes: Caramelized sugar, intensely smooth and balanced malt profile, bock-strength and secretly boozy.
