Gigantic - Modern Times Transmolecular
Available in Portland, at Modern Times' The Belmont Fermentorium
We got together at the Belmont Fermentorium with the homies at Gigantic Brewing to whip up this cold IPA (fermented with Kolsch yeast and dry-hopped at fermentation temperature). We used some extremely bomb Mecca Grade Estate malt and a king’s ransom of Mosaic, Ekuanot, Denali, Crystal, and El Dorado hops, yielding a hazy juice-bomb of the highest caliber. Taste the teamwork.
