Today the brewery much as they did with their last limited releases (Figgy Pudding & Papphy’s Strong Dark) is reminding you not to procrastinate.

About Ferme de la Ville Provision Farmhouse Ale

Ferme de la Ville Provision is a Belgian inspired Farmhouse ale. Brewed with Pilsner, wheat, rye, golden naked oats and locally gathered honey. 15% is matured in oak barrels with brettanomyces for 12 months, 15% for 9 months. In the spring we blend the old barrels with fresh beer and age an additional three months before release.

As of this note, there are only 96 cases of this 750ml, cork finished beer. Cost is $13.95 and there is a limit of 4 (four) per person. Additionally should you make the trip you might consider trying 2010 and 2011 draft versions of this Belgian-inspired ale.
