Lompoc Brewing celebrates Portland Beer Week with three special burgers at three brewpub locations.

PORTLAND, Ore. (August 1, 2018) –– It’s the most wonderful time of the year: Portland Burger Week! Three of Lompoc Brewing's Portland-area pubs have each created an amazing special burger for Portland Mercury’s annual event. Each burger will be available for just $5 the week of August 13 through August 18. Order up the Beirut Burger at Fifth Quadrant (3901 N Williams Ave.); the Umami Burgerat Lompoc Tavern (1620 NW 23rd Ave.); and the LSD BBQ Burger at Oaks Bottom Public House (1621 SE Bybee).
Fifth Quadrant’s Beirut Burger is a quarter-pound patty of custom-blended ground beef with spicy red pepper hummus, organic arugula, and tangy goat cheese on a toasted sesame seed bun. It will be available during Portland Burger Week daily from 11am to 11pm.
Lompoc Tavern's Umami Burger features a six-ounce patty of custom blended, all-natural beef topped with an umami spice blend, ginger teriyaki sauce, and sesame slaw. Come get your umami on! It will be available during Portland Burger Week Monday through Thursday from 11am to 11pm, and Friday and Saturday from 11am to Midnight.
Finally, make sure you reserve your next "trip" for the LSD BBQ Burger at Oaks Bottom Public House. The LSD BBQ Burger gets its name and flavor from the brewery's Lompoc Special Draft (LSD) Ale. The burger features a seasoned beef patty nestled on a massive scoop of house-made slaw, topped with LSD-dosed onion straws and smothered with LSD BBQ sauce. Served on a pub bun and guaranteed to delight. It will be available daily from 11am to Midnight.
