WA SMaSH Fresh Hop – Bainbridge Brewing
Single Malt, Single Hop and Single State. A much anticipated, once-a-year release, this unique ale is brewed using all Washington State malt and hops. We use 200 pounds of fresh, whole-cone Amarillo hops, picked just the day. 5.4 % ABV / 100 IBU
Peach Saison - Beardslee Public House
A Belgian style farmhouse ale that was infused with 20lbs of local Washington peaches per keg and aged on the peaches for 3 weeks. A crisp dry finish that is peppery, fruit forward, and delicious! 6.9% ABV / 27 IBU
Rooster Rye Pale Ale - Beardslee Public House
One can smell the citrus and stone fruit from the Amarillo hops on the nose. On the palate, the rye shines through with a nice spice quality that adds complexity to a classic NW style pale. 6.1% ABV / 38 IBU
Patch Cut Pumpkin Ale - Beardslee Public House
A robust slice of pumpkin pie in a glass featuring classic pie spices, & a lot of pumpkin in both the mash & kettle. Pumpkin ale dates back to the early 18th century when it was used in place of grain for its fermentable sugars. Pumpkin ales are now made to resemble pumpkin pie rather than pumpkin in a glass. “Patch Cuts” are logging cuts too small to be considered clear cuts. 6.8% ABV / 24 IBU
