We reduced our ever-expanding lager matrix down to its essential echelon form with a recipe of Weyermann Barke Vienna and Bohemian Dark malts, Mittelfrüh and Tettnanger hops, and endless lagering patience.
Our brilliantly clear, golden Mexican-style lager is the perfect beer for beach or post-hike enjoyment. It was brewed with a touch of Tettnanger hops, Pilsner and Vienna malts, and flaked corn for a signature dry, grainy crispness. This beer was awarded a 2021 WA Beer Awards bronze medal.
Our Vienna-style Lager pays respect to the 19th century Austrian beer which made its way to the US via a fascinating trip through Central America. Pouring a gorgeous amber-red, this highly drinkable lager greets you with notes of lightly sweet malt and toasted bread, finishing with a clean bitterness. Most recently, the Vienna Lager was awarded a gold medal at the 2020 Best of Craft Beer Awards.
