Milk Stout – B-Side Brewing

Rich and robust, like coffee and cream. 5.8% ABV / 24 IBU

HopTraverse #2 – Cairn Brewing

Second Release in the Line of Exploratory India Pale Ales. The HopTraverse is a new line of limited rotating beers from Cairn, with each one to showcase the wide range of distinct and diverse flavors that different hop varieties can provide.

Fresh Hop Pale Ale - Counterbalance Brewing Company

The beer is a northwest pale ale showcasing Washington grown HBC 366/Ekuanot™ hops and shows bright flavors of Meyer lemon, papaya, and pine over a crisp malt profile with a touch of wheat. This beer may be a latecomer on the Fresh Hop cycle due to the late harvest for these hops but it’s worth tracking down while it lasts. 5.7% ABV / 45 IBU

Fresh Hop Pale with Amarillo Hops – Diamond Knot Craft Brewing

Brewed with Amarillo hops that were cut from Virgil Ganache Hop Farm vines less than 24 hours before going into the kettle, this beer is about as hoppy and aromatic as it gets! Drink it fresh, drink it now, before this very limited release beer is gone! 6.0% ABV / 33 IBU

Red IPA – Diamond Knot Craft Brewing

This new Diamond Knot beer was a year in the making. It’s so new we don’t even have a name for it yet. DK brewed an American red ale with a higher alcohol content and hopped it like an IPA. Deep ruby hue in color, our Red IPA is brewed with a new specialty malt called BEST Red X® and a touch of Midnight wheat. A complex, but gentle malt character sets the stage for fruit esters and flavors of citrus orange from early and late Simcoe hop additions. 6.1% ABV / 40 IBU

Storm Surge Winter Ale – Diamond Knot Craft Brewing

Stylistically elusive, this beer stands alone. Not as hoppy as a Black IPA, and lighter bodied, it falls loosely into the American Dark Ale style. It has a diverse grain bill of Midnight Wheat, Munich, Caramel and CaraRed, which gives it a deep complexity, all the while maintaining a medium-light body and smooth, crisp draw. Aroma is malt-driven with a touch of stone fruit esters. Four different Northwest hops lend to a fruity hop profile, which is apparent, but not obtrusive. Aftertaste of lingering toasted caramel malts and coffee-like bitterness adds to this beer’s unique character. 5.5% ABV / 30 IBU

Industrial Ho!Ho! Winter Ale – Diamond Knot Craft Brewing

Our most anticipated beer of the year. This American Strong Ale has maintained a cult-like following for 15 years, and for good reason! Big, hoppy and malty; it a giant built for the colder months. 8.5% ABV / 60 IBU

Stumbling Jack – Imperial Pumpkin Ale - Diamond Knot Craft Brewing

Not your average pumpkin beer, the Stumbling Jack is the Industrialized version of our Stingy Jack Pumpkin Ale. One pint is sure to warm you up. Two pints and you’ll see why we called the Stumbling Jack. We also decided to throw some into bourbon barrels; because we can! Look for both the Stumbling Jack and the bourbon barrel aged variant mid to late October.

Fresh Hop Mosaic APA – Ghostfish Brewing

The first fresh hopped beer from Ghostfish Brewing, this beer was brewed with pale and cara millet malts as well as crystal rice malt and hopped with Centennial and wet Mosaic hops. 5.5% ABV / 50 IBU

Lunar Harvest – Ghostfish Brewing

Lunar Harvest is brewed in the Belgian Abbey Tripel style, known for it's fruity & spicy aroma, light body, and sturdy strength. Spices included are a traditional mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, allspice, and coriander. A crisp malt flavor & subtle bitterness from the Mt. Hood hops balance the spices and keep the beer refreshing & quaffable.
